The WoW Armory at wowarmory.com has been revamped. My new major notes of attention would be the Recent Activity feed and the 3d model viewer.
Edit: the WoW Armory has since been revamped into the current Battle.net World of Warcraft site. You can view my main character, Suntao, at this new location. You can also view the Wowhead version to get some additional information.
