Cut the Rope has released a free Christmas version of it’s top selling game.  It offers a fun additional element to the already-featured puzzle game while based around a Christmas theme.

It was neat how this version uses a “teleport” or “portal” system using stockings.  It’s a very closely related mechanic that is used in the game Portal that I have been playing over the last month or so.

Cut the Rope is developed by Zeptolab and published by Chillingo.
